• Solely responsible for processing payment for all inventory, drop ship and expense related invoices for a multi-million dollar, international retail operation.• Maintain a working relationship with over 600 outside vendors for purchasing and problem solving in regards to payment status.• Purchase new products as well as maintaining inventory levels for current products, including the creation of purchase orders, cost analysis and pricing recommendation.• Invoice customers for drop ship and off site orders.• Place orders for customers with vendors to include creating purchase orders, sales orders and setting prices.• Scanning and maintaining all accounts payable files.• Responsible for marketing product including writing product reviews, maintaining a Facebook page, and writing advertisements.• Assists with packing, set-up, tear-down and operating off site trade booths.• Assists with year-end inventory counts and processing.• Prepares reports for analysis.
