I am currently a licensed Senior Reactor Operator at Beaver Valley Unit 2. In this position I authorize, oversee, and review all operations in the power block. I am knowledgeable about state and federal regulations, guidelines, and procedures to protect the health and safety of the public. I implement and maintain effective planning and operating practices to maximize efficient power plant operation. I also have the ability and responsibility to direct and implement emergency operating procedures during power plant transients.I am also a licensed Professional Engineer with a background in heavy component construction and manufacturing.I am a highly motivated and driven individual looking to expand both my technical and leadership skills. I employ a lets get down to business attitude. I look forward to new challenges and the effort it requires to meet and exceed expectations. The most rewarding aspects of overcoming a challenge are the skills and knowledge I develop. I love becoming better at my job and using those skills to make future challenges a breeze.
