CfoRemedy Corporation 1998 - 2001• Managed all investor relations, finance, accounting, taxation, operations, facilities and general counsel for this software corporation as it grew from $157 million to a projected $300+ million enterprise software company when sold in 2001. • Rebuilt and led the worldwide finance and operations team to help the company transition from an organization still in startup phase to an organization ready to meet the people and system needs of a billion dollar company. • Selected and successfully implemented numerous financial systems including Oracle, Callidus and many other web self-service applications. Leveraged these applications and systems to provide increased customer service as Remedy grew from 600 employees to over 1400 while Finance maintained its headcount at 1998 levels.• Directed the implementation of offshore structures and full use of R&D tax credits to realize lower effective tax rates • Built and developed strong relationships both cross functionally internally and with analysts, investment bankers, investors, partners and customers externally.• Led the negotiation and successful sale for over $1 billion.
