As the Chief Stores Officer at Bath & Body Works, I lead a team of over 1,800 store locations across North America, delivering unrivaled customer experiences and outstanding sales results. I have more than 30 years of retail experience, and I have been with Bath & Body Works since 2018, rising from Executive Vice President of Sales to Chief Stores Officer in less than four years.My mission is to know the customer and their unique wants and needs, and to offer them the most desirable fragrances and compelling products that tell aspirational stories. I work closely with the home office teams to ensure we have the best assortment, merchandising, and marketing strategies, and I empower the field and store associates to create memorable and inspiring interactions with every customer who enters our stores. I am passionate about building teams of talented and motivated individuals who share the Bath & Body Works brand vision and values, and who are rewarded for their exceptional performance.
