• Diverse experience as manufacturing Project Engineer (Proj Eng) coordinating New Product Introductions (NPI) -moving products from Design into Manufacturing (Mfg) phase- plus ongoing support of production by working with various departments, local or remote production, and the customer. This was contract electronics mfg, primarily as the final integration vendor for major customers (HP, IBM). • Tracked mfg build readiness progress compared to schedule, anticipating risks, identifying issues, and coordinating issue resolutions.• Experience identifying, documenting, and reporting issues, and coordinating solutions.• Experience working with teams on review of mfg assembly instructions, engineering drawings / specifications, and engineering changes.• Internal and external escalation point for Engineering Change Order (ECO / EC), configuration, and specification questions.

• Between 2002 -2006, traveled to different plants for on-site support during some technical reviews, mfg startup at a new city, multiple NPIs, and while customers conducting process quality audits. Additional items while manufacturing in Huntsville, up to 2002;• Coordinated product launch and changes with our local operations teams; Product Data/CM (PDM), supply chain (materials), test eng, quality assurance, mfg process eng, mfg line, production control (scheduler), program managers, engineering managers, and IT.• Extensive time in the manufacturing area for NPI, general production support, and special investigations. Also supported quality assurance out-of-box audit 6 years for HW/SW configuration or test concerns.
