Job scopes:• Manage daily operations to ensure everything on site running smoothly • Handling all upcoming issues and doing troubleshooting before submitting to Backend departments for further assistance• Manage staffing levels, assigning tasks and coordinating schedules to ensure the productivity and efficiency level are maximized. • Relaying and aligning all information between operation and non-operation team. This includes system updates, reports updates, team management updates, etc.• Sending reports such as SOD (start of the day) report, interval report, EOD (end of day) report, etc. to stakeholders on daily basis and prepare MMR (monthly management review) to be presented to every HOD every last week of the month.• Provide SOP feedbacks to BPE (Business Process Excellence) for area of improvement and aligned it with operating team for improving performance level. • Handle any ad hoc task given by managers.• Provide scheduling feedbacks to WFM (workforce management) team in terms of how headcount allocation and shrinkage affecting the overall performance of operating team Ad hoc tasks:• Provide training to all new joiners for RTA• Assist managers on building reports • Act as temporary team lead when the leads are not around • Giving support in project management

• Handle vendors’ and customers’ inquiries regarding orders, payments, system issue, etc. via chat, call and emails

• Provide administrative support such as arranging meetings, managing schedules, organizing travel arrangements, etc.• Alignment on operation and non-operation teams in terms of management updates, KPI targets, upcoming events, etc.• Tracking on all projects updates from various departments to ensure all projects are working as planned.• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by stakeholders

• Handle customers’ inquiries such as car rental, hotel booking, flight tickets, etc via calls

• Assisting in financial report.• Data entry and book keeping.• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting • Assisting in audits • Provide general accounting report • Collaborating with various departments.• Assisting in process improvement
