Just retired! IIR has been a phenomenal place to work. The benefits are very generous, and more importantly, they truly care about and take care of their employees. The work they do (helping law enforcement get their job done - including improving how they interact with the public) is very important and worthwhile for our society. I feel privileged to have worked with such a great company doing meaningful work these last 13 years.
