Here, I lead information technology planning and execution for an orthopedic facility with 15 surgeons as well as more than 300 employees engaged in clinical and business roles. I supervise up to four engineers and technical personnel supporting seven locations across six cities.I coordinate and direct technical support, information security, IT procurement, and expense management.I maintain the authority to negotiate contracts valued from $5000 to $250,000. My achievements include negotiating the monthly cost of Internet access company-wide down from $4300 to $1800 while increasing bandwidth by 200%. I also negotiated a $2400 monthly agreement for cybersecurity services to safeguard the company’s assets and information.I have also delivered projects that have included two upgrades of the Microsoft Exchange email system and the VOIP phone system, with a subsequent project to migrate both of these platforms to cloud architecture.My accomplishments include projects to plan and manage the opening of six new clinics, as well as the relocation of two clinics and the business offices.
