I started Iron Communications in 2011 in order to provide consulting and professional services to the ICT industry. As the Director of the company, I’m focused on leading and supporting my team, delivering to our clients, and growing both our business and our customers’ businesses. Our strategy is to deliver successful projects, one project at a time, while also taking a long-term consulting approach with our clients, becoming an integral part of their teams, continually learning their businesses and helping them grow. My project portfolio consisted of 2-5 projects simultaneously in excess of $6M.After one and a half years with the company, I was promoted to Program Manager where I managed a professional services team and a project portfolio in excess of $10 million annually, ensuring margin targets were met and quality standards were achieved. At the end of my tenure, my project portfolio had increased to over $15 million annually.

During my time with Macquarie Telecom, I successfully managed a project portfolio ranging from $250K to $750K.
