About Ron Hagen

Professional ProfileI spent 48 years in various IT roles over the years with a number of different companies, preparing for what the Lord would call me to do as I transitioned from the workplace to ministry. As I considered the idea of retiring it became clear as I studied God's Word that retirement was not part of the equation, that He expected me to re-purpose and utilize the skills that He provided me to continue to invest in kingdom activities.In June of 2023, I assumed the role of Executive Director of Compass Minnesota which is part of Compass Financial Ministry - well-versed in finances. Our vision - To see everyone, everywhere faithfully live by God’s principles in every area of their lives. Our mission – Equipping people worldwide to faithfully apply God’s financial principles so they may know Christ more intimately, be free to serve Him and help fund the Great Commission.Instead of retiring - I am just getting started.
