• Managing the legal department of the company including 10 attorneys.• Overseeing all legal aspects related to the authority.• Providing ongoing legal advice to the board, the CEO, and its units. • Guiding and supervising external law firms. • Directing and handling all legal proceedings of the authority, including commercial claims, torts, insurance, representative lawsuits, administrative appeals, labor law, planning and construction, and business restrictions. • Directing authority units to reduce legal exposure and comply with relevant laws. • Communication with relevant government bodies and regulatory authorities.

• Legal support for bilateral air agreements (including open skies agreements).• Head of Israel delegation in the multi-lateral aviation treaties• Promoting primary and secondary legislation in the aviation field.• Representing the ministry in Knesset committees.• Handling appeals and lawsuits filed against the ministry, preparing legal opinions, and providing ongoing legal advice.

• Filing indictments and managing criminal proceedings on behalf of the local.• Planning and Construction committee and the State of Israel.• Managing civil cases.• Handling administrative appeals.• Providing ongoing legal advice to the mayor, city employees, municipal committees, and the city council.
