During his first years with the organization, Ron managed the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for a large pharmaceutical conglomerate in Lafayette, IN and Indianapolis, IN. During this time he was responsible for the safe construction of a $300 million Laboratory Process Expansion, a $71 million Laboratory Building, and over $250 million in related maintenance projects at both facilities.Following his experience managing the OCIP, Ron oversaw the construction safety of the $198 million Conseco Fieldhouse and Virginia Avenue Parking Structure for the City of Indianapolis. He also completed the $85 million Riley Outpatient Center Children’s Hospital for Clarian Health Partners.Ron has also been involved with numerous projects involving the automobile industry for clients such as Honda, Toyota, Navistar, Mitsubishi, Johnson Controls, and many other related clients and suppliers throughout the country. Several of these projects involved press, die cast, and robotics installations and overhauls. From 2002-2005, Ron managed the safe delivery of a $500 million project that included a chemical pilot plant, biotechnical research laboratory and an administrative building for a global pharmaceutical company based in Indianapolis.
