I bring to my employer many years of field expertise, a degree in construction management, successful completion of a variety of projects, dedication to quality, the ability to communicate with field personnel, architects,engineers, and owners.These many years of experience have given me the ability to negotiate construction contracts, sourcing subcontractors, review of submittals, RFI's, Invoices, blueprints, schematics, P&I D's and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) master format.Project sites include Institutional projects (schools, hospitals), Heavy Industrial, Energy sector, Food Manufacturing, Industrial Ammonia Distribution facilities, and assorted light manufacturing sites.I have experience with the complexities of a variety of projects from ground up construction to remodels and retrofits including all MEP disciplines and GC activities. I have enjoyed working with complex rigging needs , instrumentation and industrial refrigeration piping systems, leading multiple projects for various contractors throughout the Midwest from Kansas, Iowa, North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.With a degree in Construction Management complimenting years of field experience, I enjoy the challenges and rewards of completing projects in today's exciting Construction Industry environment.
