Managed HR and Legal departments in the early stages of the Company- Main contact with the company’s tax consultants, assisting with sales tax and income tax filings- ERP implementation (Oracle)- Overseeing all aspects of the monthly financial close, KPI'S and related analysis, and management and investors reporting- Prepared presentations to the Compensation Committee and the Company’s Board of Directors- Preparation of the annual operating plan.
