As the Force Protection Officer Program Manager for a Major Subordinate Command (MSC) I directs and oversees all force protection initiatives to safeguard personnel, resources, and operations. I develop and implement comprehensive security policies, conducts risk assessments, and ensures compliance with DoD and Army regulations. I coordinate closely with subordinate units and external agencies to integrate security measures, respond to threats, and manage emergency situations. Additionally, I train and mentor security personnel, prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, and continually assess and enhance the command's force protection posture to ensure mission readiness.

Investigates allegations of misconduct by Army officials at the rank of Colonel or below while auditing the agency's operation in order to discover and investigate cases of misconduct, waste, fraud and other abuse of government procedures that violate Army regulations.Performed long-range planning and analysis for FORSCOM inspections with adherence to appropriate planning horizons and the successful completion of preparation milestones; ensuring inspections were conducted in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Served as a representative performing on-site systemic, compliance, and follow-up inspections regarding issues at Corps and Direct Reporting Units, depots, arsenal, proving grounds, and other activities within FORSCOM, both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). Provided assistance in the development of the final, comprehensive inspection report for numerous FORSCOM inspections; ensuring all final reports were concise, logical. Coordinated and socialized information and findings with inspectors and leadership within FORSCOM, Department of the Army (DA), and other Army Commands (ACOMs). Engaged with other inspection and audit entities through data base queries, electronic and telephonic coordination with internal and external oversight systems and activities to ensure that command efforts are not duplicated.

Review and validate models for risk management, compliance, and/or managerial decision making. Act as a liaison between business and defense, assisting with portfolio tracking and status updates. Assist risk management teams with examinations, audits, and real-time responses.Responsible for ensuring all mobilizing Army National Guard, Reserve, and Joint Branch units are certified, trained, and in compliance to deploy in support of multiple national defense efforts worldwide.-Assisted in the development of streamlining accreditation process for all mobilizing USAR/USARNG units by introducing a vastly more efficient process and producing new products for easier dissemination of deployment requirements.-New accreditation system was so well received that sister organization at Fort Hood also adopted products for distribution as well as incorporating new system at Division level.-Disseminated all pre-deployment training requirements for every major US Army Combatant Command within Africa, Europe, Central Asia, Pacific, Southeast Asia, South America, and Guantanamo Bay.-Validated over 18,000 military personnel deploying to 3 different continents.-Conduct and oversee weekly briefings to President of organization to include Chief Operations Officer, and over 11 different staff sections.-Supervise, mentor, and lead 2 senior team leads in daily and monthly operations.-Established lines of communication with Division Headquarters Department of the Army civilian leadership and external higher level Army leadership entities.

Tasks includes Installation, programming, sales and repairs of ATMs as well as asset protection.

Security of detainees in a county jail, or similar form of secure custody. Assisted with transportation of inmates as well as their property.

Assisted clients by providing internal and external security patrols, armed and unarmed to deter criminal activity and protect against theft. Patrol businesses and residences on foot and in vehicles, depending on their clients' needs.
