I am the Owner and Personal Fitness Trainer of Heide Fit. I offer virtual as well as in person fitness training sessions for clients looking to improve their health and wellness, optimize their performance, lose weight, body building, cycling training and bike fitting, as well as beginning fitness techniques and goals.I am a former competitive body builder and cyclist who consistently enhances my credentials that include, NCCA Accredited Certifications, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), TRX Certified Trainer, Body Design University, Personal Trainer Certification, Specialized Retul – Level II Bike Fit Specialist, Slowtwitch Institute – Road & Tri-Bike Fit Certification, CPR/AED/First Aid.I believe that the most important thing as a trainer is helping everyone learn proper health and fitness techniques and how to incorporate exercise into daily life.- Conduct one-on-one virtual training sessions- Conduct movement assessment to gauge progress- Program designed around strength, mobility, stabilization and flexibility- Worked with clients on post rehab exercises to avoid further injury- Designed customized workout routines based on available equipment and workout area
