I'm a driven business professional with a substantial background in leading and growing service based businesses. While extremely passionate about exceeding goals and expectations, I stay dedicated to fostering positive and efficient environments that create inspired teams with consistently exceptional results. Building teams, operations and sales plans that execute projects and initiatives directly impacting growth to the bottom line is my strong suit. I've served in many leadership roles over the last 25 years, including roles as Operations Manager, General Manager, Business Director, Vice President, President and CEO. Through these roles, I've truly enjoyed the challenge of building strategic partnerships and sharing the growth that comes to both businesses. I started my journey developing a strong technical and strategic mind while studying Industrial Engineering in my home state of North Carolina, but I'm truly in love with sales and direct response marketing and can apply both strategies to any organization. My days playing college basketball keep me driven to win as a team, while staying focused on developing each individual team member to learn, own and be efficient at their part of making an organization great. I've had wonderful opportunities to be involved in community and professional organizations, speaking to large groups on topics related to sales planning, marketing, personal development, and business growth. While I could be described as a servant leader, my experience and track record drives the organizations I serve to new heights through rebuilds, topline growth initiatives, culture changes, net profit improvements, and vertical and horizontal expansion.
