Roles: Manager of Communications, TechTeam Manager, Print Shop Manager/Operator• Worked directly with staff and volunteers of over 25 ministries in a large church and 70 other not-for-profit organizations to provide typesetting, graphic layout, logo design, pre-press, two color press, and bindery work• Sought, bid, and obtained work from external organizations to round out work week and help build print ministry to three FTE's• Managed, trained, and scheduled a team of 18 technical volunteers to provide audio and lighting services for up to five weekly worship services plus other varied functions• Worked with audio vendor and TechTeam volunteers to upgrade A/V equipment in four different venues seating up to 800• Developed use of technical standards to create consistency between operators
