Hired to work with new and existing franchise owners in Texas, Alabama, and Tennessee. As the FBC, primary responsibilities are focused on teaching owners how to market effectively and build solid relationships with our primary referral sources in each of these markets. Other areas of consulting include:•Developing marketing plans for each owner. Identifying the key targets within their territories at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health and hospice companies, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. •Responsible for identifying and tracking the effectiveness of the sales process through field visits and educating offices on the preferred sales and marketing strategies.•Meeting or exceeding projected Performa expectations due to ensuring strict adherence and implementation of the franchise model.•Ensure specific company goals and state compliance standards are met for both new and established owners to help aid in the overall success of each office.•Responsible for developing, educating, and training all owners and their staff on effective phone sales techniques, customer service principles, and follow up strategies. •Conduct weekly and monthly coaching calls, various topics include, but not limited to: weekly and quarterly goals, Profit and Loss Statements, KPI’s, KAI’s, staff issues, training, hiring of caregivers, Face to Face visits, AR reports, in-service topics and schedules.•Coordinate the on-site set-up of sales and marketing exhibits at national industry conferences.•Responsible for training Care Manager, Agency Directors, and Owners at all quarterly and annual conferences.
