Recruitment and Selection:- Ensure a viable level of "A" candidates’ are sourced using the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) traditional advertising and non-traditional promotions and events. Focus on developing a pipeline of applicants for leadership and specialty positions.- Administrate and coordinate the process for selection of positions classified as Supervisor and above.- Assist departments with job posting design and screening techniques.
