Solve complex problems relating to automotive windshield including HUD and lane assistance optical systems.

I construct project schedules, develop and launch new products, and optimize preexisting process designs. I work with international partners and customers to ensure the projects I lead are completed on time and on budget. I travel internationally to ensure project success by auditing deliverables and motivating project participants.

I oversee the glazing of dozens of different float glass products spread across two production lines. I also develop new work-instructions, tooling, and procedures to improve our safety, quality, and productivity.

I worked in the engineering department. I spearheaded several improvement initiatives decreasing rejects and increasing throughput.
