I am currently employed as a certified ASNT Level III

I was employed as the ASNT NDT Level III auditor on a 16” diameter, 15 mile long, X70 gas pipeline for the Questar Pipeline Company. My responsibilities included interpretation of all radiographs. The gas line was 100 % radiographed.

ASNT/ACCP NDE Level III and AWS/CWI for a large engineering/design/construction/management corporation constructing a 1.34 billion dollar DOE project. My duties included but were not limited to: radiographic oversight interpretation in excess of 21,000 welds; NDT certification approvals; inspection procedure approvals; audits; weld inspections and.

My duties were those of an AWS/CWI and ASNT NDT Level III Auditor for the Raytheon Corporation. I audited numerous Raytheon vendors for welding, special processes and nondestructive testing as an independent contractor.

My position was that of a contract mechanical and welding quality verification inspector at the PECO, Limerick, PA. Nuclear Plant, during a shutdown.

This position was that of a contract NDT Level II radiographic interpreter from February 2007 until February 28, 2009 for Alcoa-Howmet Corp., a major investment casting manufacturer of airfoils.

• I worked as a Quality Engineer for SGT/WGI at the St. Lucie, FL nuclear plant during the replacement of the steam generators.
• April through July, 2007 I worked as an AWS/CWI & ASNT NDT Level III, welding/mechanical QC inspector for Washington Group International at Cape Canaveral, FL. The project on Cape Canaveral was the Delta IV Launch.

This position was that of the Chief Inspector/ASNT NDT Level III for the Middle East division which included the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, and United Arab Emirates. My quality control work included nine offshore pipeline barges, a pressure vessel shop and fabrication yard. I supervised up to sixty technicians, reviewed contracts.

My employment with Georgia Power Company was as an ASNT NDT Level III/senior mechanical inspector at the Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant during construction of the plant. My duties included pipe weld inspection, structural steel inspection, and hydro-testing. I was also responsible for the thorough and continuous 100% auditing of all radiography and applicable.
