• Manage all aspects of the IT environment from MS servers, Office365, Active Directory Administration, MS Exchange, MS SQL, LAN and WAN. The physical environment included 3 locations and 150+ users.• Streamlined the operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives. A particular example meant prioritizing IT resources to the employee staff that had a larger impact on generating revenue for the company. • Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. Two particular examples included assisting the accounting dept to transition to a new accounting system, and the inventory department's move to a wireless inventory solution.• Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and SLA's. • Implement and manage ERP system. Insure that the system met the needs of accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, and marketing departments. Provide custom Crystal reports, billing statements, AP checks, and invoicing.• Manage strict budget requirements without sacrificing high service levels.• Proven experience restoring servers from ground up while minimizing end-user downtime.• Monitor and evaluate IT Staff and provide performance evaluations to upper Management.• IT procurement and departmental budgeting.• Experience with hardening IT environment from outside threats such as ransomware attacks.
