Helped drive business sales decisions by running financial models to test profitability of promotional ideas from marketing. Products included DTV, IPTV, Broadband and VoIP. The analysis determined the length of time to recoup the promotional offer. Worked with marketing and actual data to determine assumptions used in modeling the offers.

This role was a new product and built a new national revenue model in Excel to support Uverse IPTV and VoIP products. The model was used to create yearly budgets and five year revenue forecasts. Pulled data from multiple sources to update the model for monthly revenue reporting as well as variance analysis to budget . Worked with Accounting to ensure proper reporting/booking of revenues including contra/promotional costs. As a new product I was able to help build this from a $0 revenue stream to a $6.5B revenue product.

Using Excel, created a revenue model for revenue reporting, forecasting, budgeting, as well as variance analysis. Model was replicated for use in four other regions.
