• Establishing the finance department in Israel from its inception, laying the foundation for its growth development, and playing a pivotal role in various critical initiatives.• Management: Effectively managed and supervised the bookkeeper and payroll accountant in Israel .• Netsuite Implementation: Successfully executed and managed the implementation of the Netsuite system, enhancing operational efficiency and data management.• Payroll Transition: Meticulously selected a new payroll provider and seamlessly transitioned the organization to the updated payroll system.• Pension Agent Selection: Conducted a competitive tender process to identify and appoint a pension agent, ensuring a strategic and cost-effective partnership.• Financial Reporting: Prepared financial statements and developed standardized processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.• Cash Management: Monitored cash flow and implemented effective cash management strategies.• Payroll Oversight: Monitored and reviewed the full-cycle processing of Israel and APAC payroll monthly.• Tax Strategy: Led and executed strategic tax projects, including a Transfer Pricing study and efforts to secure recognition as an R&D center.• Compliance: Ensured compliance by preparing statutory financial statements and tax returns.• Stock base compensation: Managed the SBC administration, including the trustee process.

• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial closing process and reporting packages of AppsFlyer Subsidiaries.• Run global bookkeeping, and support the day to-day finance operations of AppsFlyer’s subsidiaries.• Ensure all statutory reporting and filing requirements for AppsFlyer global subsidiaries are met.• Setup the accounting and tax structure for new entities.• Transfer pricing and ongoing tax matters• Support the subsidiaries funding needs

• Conducting integrated audits and reviewed yearly and quarterly financial statements of public companies listed on NASDAQ in accordance with the US GAAP (market cap: 200M$ ~500M$ revenues).• Conducting audits for start-up companies in accordance with the US GAAP and Israeli GAAP.• Israeli tax compliance and reporting.• Accompanying and auditing companies supported by the Israeli OCS (Office of the Chief Scientist).• Training and accompanying new employees in accounting and auditing educational programs.

• Tax return filings to Israeli Tax Authorities (ITA).• Memos preparation for granting options in start-up companies.• Examination of the capital market taxation process in one of the large banks in Israel.

• Educational tutorials for groups of 15 teenagers, that focuses on values, leadership and strengthening the ties to Israel.• Managing a team of ten counselors, including professional guidance.
