Manages a staff of 30 which includes office, service, kitchen and maintenance. This Private Club has 5 Tennis Courts, Restaurant/Bar, Pool and Gym. This exclusive, private club is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA and equity owned by approximately 300 members. I report directly to the Board of Directors.

Helped to establish and open this new Beverly Hills, CA location. Managed all aspects and operational duties; hiring, training, special events, coaching and counseling of all staff to increase guest satisfaction and profitability. Accountable for all opening, closing and daily transactions, marketing and the mapping out of the evening floor plans for a 130 seat restaurant to ensure maximum occupancy each day and night. Turned this compromised establishment into a profitable one in less than 2 years and it continues to flourish. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate well with guests and staff.

Responsible for all wine and liquor purchases and budget.Motivated staff through daily meetings, employee contests and performance monitoring. Responsible for hiring and training of all F.O.H. staff.Balanced scheduling with costs to ensure profitability.Established relationships with regular guests to keep them coming back and referring additional guests.
