At Love Lines I consulted & developed their 2012 Annual Fundraiser. Consulted and assisted in the transition of their Executive Director from the last 4 decades to their current one. Prepared a marketing & action plan for them to broadening their phone ministry to included online consulting, radio, and digital radio connections to their market audience.At Freedom Works I have been a sounding board for their new Executive Director regarding marketing, board interaction, and donor relations.With World Wide Village, I have consulted with their management regarding the structuring and facilitation of a model to reach out to trafficked youth in Minnesota and help them break their bondage to prostitution and abuse though housing, counseling, and the power of Jesus Christ. We have been developing a means to provide a greater awareness of the urgency of this blight to the community and eventually to the nation.

Provided guidance and direction for the development ofcutting edge recovery programs, Rebuilt part of an infrastructure which enable population growth in the ministry, Guided a financial turnaround, and orchestrated major fundraising efforts. Coached and developed needed personel for the organization. Worked on the development of a more functional board.

Implemented the development of a donor base which included individuals, churches, and corporations. Worked with management to develope advanced fundraising strategies.
