Chenega a leading professional organization that staffs professional civilian healthcare contractors.Working directly with the Department of Defense to place Physicians, Nurses, Dental, Mental Health andAllied Health Professionals in Civilian Contract Positions at Various Bases throughout the world.- Provide full cycle recruiting; candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management,and consulting for military facilities across the US and oversees- Development of innovative approaches for finding appropriate candidate for difficult to fillpositions- Establish long and short term staffing strategies and performance metric• Sourcing candidates for multiple industries and maintaining an active pool of skilled candidates • Conducting reference checks and pre-employment testing as required • Develop relationships with local companies, chambers and other networking activity to assist in finding local candidates for placement in local positions • Document and maintain all candidate and client information in company database appropriately and accurately • Effectively communicate with client Managers and HR Business Partners about open positions daily • Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes • Documenting and maintaining all candidate and client information in company database as appropriate • Attend job fairs and networking events as required • Tour client locations to fully understand positions and client needs • Keep a positive attitude, open mind and flexibility within our fast paced and ever changing environment • Execute recruiting plans to meet current or anticipated staffing needs • Create, edit and update firm job descriptions • Draft job postings and post open positions on job boards and firm’s intranet and website • Develop relationships with schools and professional organizations to build recruiting network
