Seconded from BCG to support VTTI on several strategic topics to accelerate the company's growth and its impact on the Energy Transition.

Investigated the ethical dimension of AI and algorithms used by the Dutch government through a case study of a ML algorithm used by the municipality of Rotterdam to decide which citizens will be investigated for unlawfully receiving social benefits. In parallel, I wrote my MSc Thesis on this topic.

Interned at ESA's Business Applications department that focuses on the commercialization of (aero)space technologies to enhance products and services of companies on earth. I Supported EU (aero)space start-ups developing their business strategy to secure an ESA grant.

Supported on International Compliance & Reporting services for the Business Process Services department of Deloitte.

Head of the study association of all honours students of Erasmus University Rotterdam. End responsibility in organizing 20+ events and 2 international study trips for 400+ honours students & alumni. Events incl. collaboration with partners such as Google, the United Nations, the Dutch Prime Minister, Microsoft, and others.

Board member from 2017-2018 and responsible for the outgoing case competition teams. Also represented RSM myself at 3 international case competitions (in Canada, Latvia & The Netherlands) and won 2 of these competitions.
