Oversight of over 720+ facilities within the assigned geographical region to include proper functionality of Video Systems, Access Control and Intrusion Systems. Initiated, planned, executed, controlled and completed multiple cross-departmental security program improvement projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all quality, schedule and budgetary constraints are met. Manage 100+ security contractors and employees. Manage guard staff for 25 facilities throughout the Region ensuring proper billing and scheduling meets our business needs.
