As a member of Arrow's solid state lighting team, I secured several new customers including Lumenetix, Elemental LED, Lumigrow, and Xicato and trained them in the use of Arrow's Lighting Design Tool for the design of solid state design lighting fixtures. I also presented vendor product offerings, (including Cree, Samsung and Osram) to every major lighting supplier in Northern California and British Columbia.• Presented Cree LED product training to outside sales and lighting customers.• Led Cree Build a Light seminars and workshops. Instructed participants in LED lighting technologies by presenting lighting, electrical, optical and thermal design requirements to help design and build a lighting fixture.

As a member of at IXYSIC, formally Clare Corporation, I successfully designed and taught sales training using Microsoft Powerpoint to several outside OEM manufacturer's and distribution sales organizations throughout the United States. I developed and led corporate presentations to high level managers at Fortune 500 companies. Notable accounts included: Cisco, Avaya, UT Starcom, Echostar, Aztek Networks, Honeywell Security, Allied Telesyn & Broadcom, Elster Meter, Ikanos, Broadcom, and PMC Sierra and Zhone Technology. I also:• Created several product presentations targeted for product applications, including production presentation to Broadcom's power over Ethernet business unit. Received accolades for excellence from Broadcom's technical director.• Lectured a two day product seminar at an international sales conference in Hong Kong.• Developed and increased business from Cisco, Avaya, Echostar, UT Starcom and Aztek Networks upwards of $2 million based on enhanced business relationships and supplier arrangements.• Crafted strategic supplier arrangement with Honeywell Security for conversion of all reed relays to solid state relays on their motion detector products.• Defined new product for Allied Telesyn resulting in reference design win at Broadcom PoE business unit.
