Made initial customer contact as well as provide training to management and employees to ensure a successful start up of the company GT-NA was initially established as a pump automation group to support Globalquimica's pump application requirements, however in a highly competitive market its cornerstone technology Opticomm remote communication capabilities were obsoleted by the 5G cellular network, and the company was shut down. Third party supported pump automation was more cost effective.

Responsible for the establishing of a new business model to take the $50M USD Compression GBU global, profitably including operations throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East The GBU focused on both land based and offshore fabrication of compression and process equipment, primarily sizable projects both cost and time wise. These are managed through a project management focus, at both a centralized facility and virtual facilities located in the region. Results of efforts included substantial cost savings in the short term, while increasing margins and business volumes due to focus. Included in the regional responsibilities was management of several manufacturing facilities, located in a number of low cost environments and consisted of manufacturing functions in both internal and distributed manufacturing models.
