I have over 40 years of experience in performance improvement, product development, engineering and cybersecurity, service management, quality management, supplier management, data management, AI and digital trust.As the primary author and chief architect of the CMMI framework and other models and standards, I help organizations achieve continuous business performance improvement, quality, and cybersecurity resilience. I am a certified CMMI High Maturity Lead Appraiser and Instructor, and I have led the development and launch of CMMI V2.0, V3.0, and CMMI Performance Solutions. I have also conducted over 300 appraisals for various customers and industries, including aerospace, automotive, defense, finance, biomedical, and insurance.My mission is to enable and empower organizations to achieve their goals and deliver value to their stakeholders through clear, objective, and quantitative understanding of quality, schedule, and cost performance. I have a proven track record of leading and managing the development, implementation, and marketing of innovative and cost-effective products and services that meet the needs and expectations of diverse and dynamic markets. I have extensive experience in systems, software, and hardware engineering, product and quality management, development and service operations, and new technology adoption and sustainment. I am passionate about advancing the state of the art and practice of quality and performance improvement in the business technology and cybersecurity domains.
