Lead the BCA Supplier Quality team in China with courage and passion. Develop and maintain positive relationships with the FAA, CAAC, airline customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports. Prepare and delivered executive level presentations to the FAA, airline customers, and Boeing personnel. Assess operational / managerial effectiveness of suppliers and established measurable corrective action requirements. Responsible for the acceptance and cooperation of all Supplier Control Audits (SCAs) by the FAA.

Led the BCA Seat Improvement Plan (SIP) team. Made customer priorities our own priorities. Managed Program Managers on (6) major initiatives to improve seat quality and improve customer satisfaction. Developed and communicated seat improvement strategy to BCA program leaders, airline customers, and supplier management executives. Drove the reduction of customer pick-ups at the BCA Delivery Centers in Everett, Renton, and Boeing South Carolina (BSC). Communicated BCA SIP team accomplishments internally to Boeing stakeholders and externally to airline customers and seat manufactures
