Sole proprietor of a small computer company. I look after personal computers and small offices primarily in South Western Ontario but do have a few remote systems I am also responsible for. We do everything from building wiring, custom server building and installations to routine maintenance and cleaning.

Provided infrastructure support to our office Hyper-V environment and to our customer hosting Hyper-V environment. These are both fully virtualized Windows environments supporting MS SQL Server, IIS and RDP servers as well as Windows 10 desktops.I have also provided customer training, in-house product conformance testing with Provincial partners, been a key facilitator of user group sessions and have been part of the team who have facilitated RFP presentations to new potential clients.

Maintained instructional and administration computers running Windows 95/98 and Novell 3.12/4.1 servers for 30 schools in Perth County. All networks used Novell Application Launcher (NAL) to enable a central distribution of software to 30+ workstations at each site.
