Site Civil Engineer
Current- Plan, organize and supervise Sub-contractors for the Bored Piling Works, Temporary Facility works, Structural Works, Concreting Works and Architectural works of Stations and Mainline Traction Sub-station (MTS 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).- Estimate of Earthworks, Bored Piling works, Concrete work, Reinforced Steel work, Blockworks, Water proofing and Finishing Works for Stations and Mainline Traction Sub-station (MTS 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6). - Plan and organize Bored Piling Work Plan and Construction Plan Sequence for the Mainline Traction Sub-station (MTS 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).- Planning and preparation of design drawing of Meycauayan Station, Bocaue Station, Marilao Station and Mainline Traction Sub-station (MTS 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) using AutoCAD and Sketch up.- Monitoring of Submittals of Method Statement, Shop drawings, Material appraisal and RFI’s from Sub-contractors and Consultant (NSTren).- Prepares project accomplishment reports by calculating actual measurements of Bored Piling, Concreting, Rebars and Finishing Works.- Planning and maintains the Construction Schedule for Mainline Traction Sub-station (MTS 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).- Creates project sequence program and interfacing of works with Sub-contractors and Consultant to ensure smooth work sequence execution.- Attends and Coordinates weekly Sub-contractors and client management meeting.- Prepares Inspection Request and attachments for billing purposes.- Prepares Minutes of Meeting for Sub-contractors and Consultant.
