In my role as an Assistant Resident Education Specialist, I provide key oversight and support to a team of Assistant Resident Directors (ARDs), ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed. With a focus on hall council operations, I help facilitate effective resident engagement by coordinating resource allocation, setting priorities, and monitoring project timelines. My responsibilities include ensuring ARDs meet critical deadlines and are well-prepared to support the residential community. This role has enhanced my leadership, project management, and communication skills, and deepened my commitment to creating a supportive, well-organized residential environment

In my role with DAWGS Crew, I led and coordinated the logistics of UW’s large-scale student move-in process, overseeing a team of volunteers across multiple campus locations. Leveraging Excel to track volunteer schedules, shift coverage, and resource allocation, I streamlined operations to ensure an efficient, organized experience for thousands of residents. I applied project management principles to optimize scheduling workflows, manage real-time problem-solving, and facilitate communication across teams. This role strengthened my abilities in data-driven decision-making, time management, and cross-functional team leadership, ensuring seamless transitions and a positive first impression for new residents

As an RA, my main responsibility is to create a safe and supportive living environment for residents. I provide individualized support and build relationships with residents to promote a culture of respect and inclusion. Additionally, I facilitate community events and programming to promote personal and academic growth, while also addressing any issues that may arise.Managing conflict and problem-solving is also a key aspect of my role, as I utilize active listening and effective communication to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents. In the event of a crisis or emergency, I am prepared to take appropriate action to maintain calm and organized responses.Collaboration with other staff members and university departments is important to ensure a seamless and effective residential experience for all students. Overall, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on student's lives and am excited to bring my skills and expertise to the role of RA.

At Terraclear, I successfully managed the ground truth data pipeline, ensuring the delivery of reliable training data for the development of our cutting-edge aerial neural network. I adeptly utilized a combination of internal and third-party tools to perform essential tasks such as photogrammetric processing of digital images, 3D spatial data generation, crowdsourced data annotation, and archival of data.

Collaboration was a key aspect of my role, and I actively engaged with my colleagues on Slack to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. By fostering a collaborative environment, we were able to overcome challenges and ensure the smooth operation of the data pipeline.
