Ron occasionally supports technical review and proposal work for selected clients.

Ron was responsible for administration and finance at MetiSpace. He is a member of the management team that acquired the US Government business sector of GMV Space Systems, Inc. on April 5, 2013.

Advise and invest in startup and early stage technology companies. Member of the Dingman Angel Group at the University of Maryland and the Capital Exchange Group in Annapolis. Performs management and technology consulting services for several aerospace and defense clients.

Mr. Luzier has over 35 years of experience in the design, analysis, manufacture and test of aerospace systems. As one of the three founders of Swales Aerospace, he built a successful technology company; selected, trained and motivated people; developed products and services that customers wanted; and created value for all stakeholders. As a senior manager and executive, he has considerable background and experience in engineering, program and corporate management; planning and execution of research and development programs; management of intellectual property and IP agreements; development and implementation of strategic plans; and resolution of design problems and manufacturing anomalies. Swales Aerospace was sold to Alliant Techsystems in June of 2007

Supported Goddard Space Flight Center in the development and integration of scientific instruments for the Nimbus-G spacecraft.

Supported customer use of engineering applications software on the CDC Cybernet system. Perform related customization and development work.

Performed NASTRAN structural modeling and analysis in support of the ATS-F program, which was managed by the Goddard Space Flight Center.

NASA employee while a member of the University of Maryland Engineering Co-op program. Worked in the Test and Evaluation Division, Structural Dynamics Branch on tasks ranging from hands-on technician work, to test planning and management, to structural modeling using the pre-public domain version of NASTRAN.
