CurrentFocus on developing a qualified and diverse talent pipeline by conducting outreach locally, regionally, and nationally to build and maintain productive relationships toward achieving recruitment goals and strategic alignment with Mayo Clinic mission and values. • Through tactical marketing and communication, including collateral material, establishing alliances with government agencies, local nonprofits, colleges, and high schools to promote opportunities.• As co-lead for Education Pathways, spearheaded launch of ElevateEd program, a paid high school internship program for underserved populations in partnership with 5 high schools districts throughout Arizona: 7 students have completed program / 13 more starting 9/2023.- Met with internal department leaders and school districts to develop workable plans.- Coordinated onboarding / orientation including scheduling and training materials.• Plan and orchestrate or participate in job fairs, working collaboratively with colleges, state of Arizona, municipalities, and other local and regional organizations.- Introduced more than 5,000 diverse applicants to Mayo Clinic opportunities by attending over 30 webinars, career awareness events, conferences, and job fairs.Increase diversity pipeline through productive affiliations with: Navajo Nation, Dine College; Arizona State University; Maricopa Community Colleges; City of Phoenix; AZ @ Work; Phoenix Union High School District; Mesa High School; Chicano Por La Causa; and Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona.MayoCARES Steering CommitteeAD MERG CommitteeMedstart Student Planning CommitteeAZ Dept of Education Steering Committee member
