As a Principal Consultant at Spice Group and President Enterprise Supply Chain Management Concepts ESCMC, I bring extensive business experience and knowledge to our clients that includes a quick analysis of the corporate business model, the "As Is" business processes and a comprehensive "gap" analysis vs. industry Best Practice Processes. This enterprise wide gap analysis provides the foundation for the creation of a business plan designed to support the implementation of Industry Best Practice Processes along with the creation and implementaion of a Supply Chain designed to provide an improved customer experience and bottom line profitabilty.

As VP Supply Chain at United Electronics KSA, I created and implemented a Supply Chain Department that included a staff of approximately 300 associates and the responsibilty for 3 Corporate DC's. Our Supply Chain supported exponential sales increases resulting in United Electroincs being named one of KSA's fastest growing companies. These results included improved in-stock positions, significant improvements in Home Delivery lead times improved inventory quality, inventory turns from 3-7 per annum, accompanied by year over year Supply Chain operating cost reductions

As VP Logistics and Inventory Management at The Brick Warehouse from 1999 to 2007 I developed the SC Department processes to support sales increases from $500M to $1.5B, import container volumes from 125 to 12,500 per annum, same store YOY sales increases of up to 25%, the expansion and addition of 7 stores in the province of Quebec, the aquistion of United Furniture Warehouse and the corporate IPO. The SC plan included the implementaion of a B2B initiatives and EDI implementation across a supplier community of over 250.

From 1973 to 1999 I have held progressive positions with significant Canadian Retailers Sears Canada, Consumers Distributing and Future Shop. This very diverse experience across multiple business disciplines provided me with a unique enterprise knowledge base to identify gaps in corporate systems and processes.
