Established a fair lending and anti-discrimination program for a top tier financial institution. Designed, built and established a new comprehensive Compliance Management System for two banks. Hired, directed and professionally developed a team of eight qualitative and quantitative professionals.

Managed Banking and Lending Consumer Compliance for the U.S. Private Bank. Provided regulatory guidance on loan and deposit products and ensured that marketing materials were compliant. Created and maintained Regulatory Rules Matrix for the private bank and collaborated with lines of business to ensure compliance risks were adequately controlled and monitored.
