Brought over 40 customer Box Build assemblies to production in a little over 3 years at Mack Technologies, a MA based Contract Manufacturer. Products ranged from a Children’s Android tablet, to complex Industrial Test Equipment to five figure high end Audio Equipment. My role began with a DFM product analysis and covered MRP product structure, Process development and documentation, area setup, tooling, operator training, problem resolution and cost reductions• Responsible for New Products and ongoing Support for MACK’s two highest dollar volume customers.• First Pass Product Yields for my products exceeded 95%• I was the Primary Contact for all technical issues with my customers

As the Advanced Manufacturing representative, our team successfully took A123’s GBS-P high density Energy Storage Systems from design to production in less than 1 year. GBS-P is the leading edge today in Renewable Energy Storage and will be used worldwide for Solar, Wind, and for Electric Power Grid Stabilization. This product family ranged from a small Shed sized 500KWH product to the largest Tractor Trailer sized 4 Megawatt Hour, 60 ton 10,000 component product. Subsystems included Electrical, HVAC, Controls, Fire Suppression and Scalable Lithium Battery Storage. Responsibilities included:• Initiated Design review and design for manufacturability activities. • Developed Material handling equipment to move 3000# lithium battery racks and build containers.• Created assembly line layout, capital equipment and selected tooling for pilot builds using Kanbans and Lean methods. • Assembled routings and Bill of Material Structure in Agile and Oracle.• Provided Product Costing, Production Phase Gate and on time scheduling objectives.• Developed Processes, Documentation and hands on Operator Training to complete the first 9 shippable units.

Included layout, facility planning, and production communication.
