I have enjoyed more than twenty years leading great people in a variety of industries. Together, we have created markets, developed products, expanded into global territories, and increased revenues. In our journey, we discovered new technologies and better processes that not only improved client outcomes, but increased efficiencies. I have been part of a Fortune 1000 company, had several of my own small businesses, joined a company that was less than 20 people and grew to over 200, an advisor to worthy causes, a board member and part of a start-up that continues to grow 20 years later. In every situation, my favorite thing was working with and mentoring people to improve. Whether it was enhancement for them personally, the product, the organization, or a process; constantly evolving brings excitement and challenges that enriches everyone and each thing.While my work endeavors do consume a substantial amount of my time, my wife Kim and I have several interests that keep us busy otherwise: namely, NFL, Disney, travel, and animal welfare. I am an avid Denver Broncos fan & Kim has been a KC Chiefs fan since birth. We visit Disney multiple times a year and for our 25th anniversary, we flew around the world and visited every park. We love experiencing new cultures and have traveled to every continent except one. For over 20 years we have been involved with multiple animal welfare charities, especially Best Friends.
