I have 45 years of Marketing and General Management experience in consumer products spanning North America, Northern Europe and Asia. I'm the Owner of One St. Thomas Holdings Inc. which I use to manage investments in companies spanning beverages, casual restaurants, angel investing and real estate development. I'm the Chairman of the Women's College Hospital Foundation Board and a member of the Women's College Hospital Board of Directors. I'm also the Chairman of Diamond Estates Wines and Spirits Inc.I lived in Hong Kong for 17 years, from 1996 until 2014. I retired from the role of President of PepsiCo Asia after 23 years with PepsiCo. My responsibilities included Frito-Lay, Quaker Foods, soft drinks, Tropicana Juices and Gatorade in China, India and the Asia Pacific Rim countries. PepsiCo Asia spanned 80 company owned, franchised and publicly listed entities and 30 joint ventures in China.Before moving to Asia, I held numerous assignments with PepsiCo in North America and Europe including Senior Vice President for Canada and Central USA, President of Pepsi-Cola Beverages Canada and Region Vice President, Northern Europe. I was an Adjunct Professor in the MBA and Executive MBA programs at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for 11 years. I taught degree credit courses on building powerful consumer brands in China and Executive Leadership. I lectured at numerous Universities including the TRIUM Global MBA Program in Shanghai (a partnership between NYU, LSE and HEC), the Said Business School at Oxford and to numerous university groups who visited HKUST.I have had extensive experience on Boards of Directors in China, Thailand, Philippines, UK and Canada. I am a graduate of the ICD.D program at the Rotman School of Business and I am a member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors.I have an MBA from York University in Toronto and a BA from Queens University.
