I am a significant investor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits, a listed company (ticker DWS.V) that owns Canadian wineries and Trajectory, a wine and liquor distribution agency.I am an investor with Maple Leaf Angels, always on the look out for innovative consumer products and services.Previous projects included Chairman of the Board of Equity Wine Group (which owed two Niagara-on-the-Lake estate wineries and an import wine agency), the creation and North American expansion of Just Craft Soda and the establishment of Niagara Ventures Inc. from a Capital Pool Company to a TSX listing and eventual delisting and re-privatization.

I was an Adjunct Professor in the MBA and Executive-MBA programs at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I taught courses on building powerful consumer brands in China and Executive Leadership. Both were full credit courses with 24 hours of instruction for the China course and 12 hours of lectures for the Executive Leadership course. I taught both courses twice per year.I taught an intensive five-day China Marketing program in the #1 ranked HKUST Global Executive MBA program for seven years, and lectured for four years in the TRIUM Executive MBA program in Shanghai (a partnership between HEC Paris, London School of Business and the Stern School of Business at NYU). I was a member of the HKUST Business School Dean's executive council, developing curriculum for the MBA and Executive MBA programs.
