Reviewing of analytical bias and precision trends/anomolies to validate governance of reporting. External reviewer for Joint Venture Bankable Feasibility Studies. Chairman of the Modikwa JV Joint Evaluation Committee. Interface with Technology suppliers both internal and external.

Metallurgical/Process Manager responsible as client during detailed design phase and subsequently for setting up staff structures, commissioning, operation and optimization of highly instrumented 240 ktpm platinum concentrator in Eastern Bushveld. Novel technology incorporated into lean staffing operation. Faceplate design achieved in first full month of operation. Treatment of alternative ore bodies investigated and incorporated in the build-up stage of the mine to improve business economics/cash flow. Interaction with all major stakeholders of the operation including JV partners, Bankers, Analysts etc.

Client representative for all Metallurgical Capital projects for Rustenburg Section including greenfield 400ktpm UG2 Concentrator; Central Filtration Facility; Flotation Cleaner Cell Replacement. Drawing up of conceptual studies, Process Design Criteria etc. Authorising of PFD's, P&ID's, Process Studies and liaising with Project Managers, Process Engineers, Discipline Engineers and client Metallurgical Managers.
