Primary responsibilities include directing planning, development, and implementation of information systems that support clinical practices and decision-making; collaborating with top management and Medical Directors during all phases of the clinical information systems lifecycle; consulting on clinical computerized systems to assure alignment with clinical/operations standards and business needs; and participating in enterprise-wide information technology governance processes to ensure cohesive development of information services. Deliver high quality customer service for business applications, IS Project Management, Service Desk, and Clinical Systems Learning. Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to ensure effective and efficient human resource and financial management practices. Promote fiscal responsibility and continuous quality improvement.
