General Operations Leader for the Acxiom Phoenix facilities as well as all business support functions. Project Manager - primary contact for the architects, designers, movers and general contractor for the new Phoenix Campus (moved in Sept 04). Responsible for yearly departmental and capital projects and budgets. Decision maker for all interior finishes, art, furniture and landscaping. Received the Acxiom Excellence Award for bringing the Phoenix facility and its 15 million dollar construction project in on time and within budget while meeting all design requirements specific to the twelve local business functional areas. Oversaw field construction work and cost change orders. Finalist for Arizona’s NAIOP Building of the Year in 2004 in the Build to Suite category. Kept Data Center up and running 99.999% of the time while meeting all customer audit requirments.

Traveled to California’s Central Coast region each and every week while analyzing and supporting the strategic regionalization plan their facilities and related properties. This included developing staffing models and teams to facilitate the transition from independents to regional teams. Also consulted for the multidisciplinary team responsible for implementing a centralized accounting/supply chain system (SAP) specific to Facilities and Real-Estate Units. Helped RE team on their $500,000,000 disposition project.

Managed the facilities for the Tempe based credit card center of Bank One which later became First USA. In 1995 the site was 55,000 sq. ft. and was home to 350 employees. Within two years the site had grown to 210,000 sq. ft. and the call center held 1,700 First USA associates. This growth rate was unparalleled within the Bank One Corporation and my responsibility was as the “owners’ representative for the Credit Card Division specific to the Corporate Real-Estate Services Project Manager. Moreover I managed the space planning, design requirements, communications/target dates and budgets specific to this aggressively timed project.  Promoted to Bank Officer in 1997
