- Provide internal IT support for the organization.- Configure, support Apple iPhone and iPads for field staff using JAMF Pro- Provide application, and technical support for Fax software, QuickBooks, Scheduling application. - Maintain server performance.- Convert data from existing system to new accounting system.- Develop SQL Server queries for daily, month reporting.- Provide technical support of Apple devices to field staff.- Setup new users via Active Directory and Exchange.

- Provide Technical support for Dynamics GP products (Core GP, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, Integration Manager, VBA, Biztalk, Scribe, FRx, Smart Connect, Management Reporter, various third-party add-ons)- SQL Server Reporting Services – Design and support reports for clients.- SQL Server Integrations Services – Design and support integrations for clients.- SQL Server Management Studio – Develop Stored Procedures, Views. Develop queries to analyze data. Run scripts to fix data. Review SQL Server performance. Backup and restore databases. Review database security issues. Setup Maintenance plans for backups.- Perform upgrade of Dynamics GP software.- Visual Studio - Coding data integration projects using VB.NET, C# and C++. Develop solutions that access web services to extract data from another system and build data integrations into Dynamics GP. Create service to integrate data into Dynamics GP using C#. Maintain and support a custom scheduling application, written in VB.NET, with a user interface that allows users to track healthcare workers schedule, with an interface to the accounting system. Build standalone applications with a user interface which tracked additional information, which linked to the accounting system.- VBA – Design, develop and support VBA modifications applied to Dynamics GP for clients who have customized the application. Debug or upgrade code when needed. - Dexterity – Design, develop, and support Dexterity modifications applied to Dynamics GP for clients who have customized the application.- Smart Connect – Design, develop, and support data integrations into Dynamics GP using the Smart Connect product.- Installation – Install Dynamics GP, Management Reporter, SQL Server, SQL Reporting services, SQL Integration Services.- Crystal Reports – Design, develop and support using this tool to provide clients with the financial information needed from Accounting system.
