My responsibility as a buyer started when a potential customer would call with an inquiry about selling their car. I would convert this opportunity into setting up an appointment so I could see the vehicle and personally get to know them. Once they were in our shop, as I was evaluating the vehicle, I would keep the client informed with our buying process. This way I was building up confidence between seller and me. My mission was to create a satisfying experience for any potential customers. Over the years I had built up an excellent referral base for future business.I have also developed experience with the leasing and bank loan departments on resolving delinquent loans so that the vehicles could be bought and those loans satisfied.
