Director of Training and Workforce Development As Director of Training and Workforce Development I am responsible for curriculum development, facilitator training, staff development, employee placement and follow-up, recruitment for; personal for environmental i.e. Lead, Asbestos, and Mold remediation, Fire Watch, and OSHA Safety. Organize training venues, logistics, distribution, and accommodations as required to achieve efficient training delivery. Facilitated more than 30 motivational training sessions for church leaders in; As VP of Operations, managed all programs and day-to-day operations of Employment, Training and Technology Center as well as, facilitated personal and professional development classes/seminars for constituency.
